Sunday morning I made a Hash Brown Frittata. Kind of my own recipe, I just make it up as I go along. In a oven proof skillet I brown hash brown's in a little oil (the kind in the refrigerator section). Then brown sausage link's (I use turkey sausage, way less fat). Cut the sausage in bite size pieces and mix place on top of hash brown's. Whisk 6 eggs in a bowl, add a dash of milk and pour over potatoes and sausage. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top and I also cut up green peppers too. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
Welcome to my blog. I am a Farm Girl at heart and a photographer, still working full time and love to decorate my home. I am married to my wonderful husband for 31 years who puts up with all my ideas and believe me I have many. We have a little male Yorkie named Jake, a Manchester Terrier named Molly and lots of cattle. Both of our dogs are rescues from bad situations. We treat our cattle better than most people probably treat their kids. We love all our animals. I work at a major University as a Administrative Assistant and do photography professionally on the side. My husband was the owner of an archery business for 35 years but we recently sold the business and we now raise cattle full time
. I love to decorate our home and scour antique shops and flea markets for unique items all the time. You can usually find me out and about on Saturdays looking. I help my friends decorate their homes too. I love to bake and am always taking things to work. We love to go to Wyoming on vacations. We raise cattle and something you might not expect from me is my husband and I love to Turkey Hunt together. I can't wait for spring turkey season.
