Independence Day

Hand painted bowl.

Dining room table

New table in sun room

Everything gets a flag

Little antique shoe holds a flag too

My old cocoa can

From the Dollar General last year

Just found this post recently at the local Antique Mall

Yes, I stamped those clothes pins

Old shoe from holds a hand made flag

From Hobby Lobby

I found the patriotic sheep at a yard sale a couple of weeks ago.

My sister made this for me a couple of years ago.
I am still looking for chairs for this table.
Tomorrow we will be celebrating Independence Day and here is a little of my decorating for the occasion. We will be having homemade ice cream and cake with the family, it's way too hot here to do much. We are praying for rain, our fields are looking pretty sad. We rescued a new little dog last Wednesday, someone uncaring soul dumped her out to die in this heat and dry weather. I will blog later about her but don't worry she has made herself at home here.
