Dishin it up at Deena's

One of the new recipes I have tried in the last couple of weeks. It was very good. My husband wants it again soon. I served it with some leftover corn and leftover roasted vegetables.
 Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Up

2 cups of cooked chopped chicken
1 can (10.75) oz cream of chicken soup (I used the healthy request)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 12 oz can refrigerated Grands Jr biscuits.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a glass 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl stir together all ingredients including frozen vegetables. Remove biscuits from can and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
